Honestly, I had the BEST experience during my time here. It was so peaceful. I did a private yoga session, reiki, ate some good food, and bought some seamoss and herbs. The acái bowl was the best I’ve ever had across the country. I recommend it to everyone.

Hello 👋🏿🤗👋🏿 I'm Stephanie and I attended Prima Elements Winter Wellness Workshop my goodness I'm still on cloud infinite 9!!. This workshop gave everything and more. Audriaunna and Adrian are definitely kindred spirits, there information and presentation was so powerful and so fun I felt right at home. I love that it was interactive hands on as the remedies made I am using and feeling healed after the holiday feasting. The community in the class was just a good time we laughed and breathed together it was divine...and the food and juice served was off the chain so anything further Prima has I will most definitely be there.!! Prima Elements is a hidden gem of downtown Fayetteville. Not only is the atmosphere peaceful and calming, but it is a place where you can get food and drink that truly restores your soul! Everything I have tried, from the juices and smoothies to the food specials, has been absolutely delicious, and everything is made with fresh, whole ingredients that make you FEEL GOOD. 10/10 recommend!
