I have been a customer of ProteinBar since they opened the first store in Chicago! I am revved up that the Oakbrook location exists as it’s close to me. Miguel is the shining star here as the Manager. He is always helpful, smiling, hardworking, and efficient. I usually get protein shakes or the chili but today the new air fried Crispy Chicken I had added to my Caesar YUM! Check them out.

They've removed the Brussels sprouts bowl from the menu that I really liked but it may be seasonal. My only complaint is the portion size vs price could be better but it is Oakbrook. Food is good, reliably nutritional which is nice nowadays. Smoothies are why we come here though - top notch and everything is customizable.

Hubby got me hooked to PBK and might I say that it’s been great! I’ve tried a few of the drinks but my all time fave is the Chicago Bowl. So yummy!!!
