Half way through the plantains I knew I would be writing a review. The flavors ... OMG the flavors! Sorry the pic is only a half platter of the plantains. They were nommy! The Vegan Barbacoa... Absolutely out of this world. It is not vegan food, it is vegan cuisine.

Wonderful food. The plantain appetizer was excellent! Tortilla soup was beautiful. I had the porkchop and it was juicy and cooked well. The corn risotto was a very nice addition. Loved it all.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully put together. The service was truly exceptional—every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The drinks were mixed perfectly, balanced, and consistent, which is something I really appreciate. What really impressed me most was their gluten-free menu. It’s not just an afterthought here; the options are creative, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. It’s such a relief to find a place that takes gluten-free dining seriously without sacrificing taste or presentation. Oh-I added a photo of our favorite server who enjoys taking selfies with my phone 😂😂 Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
