Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Went on a day they were in the Tractor Supply parking lot. From start to finish I waited about 30 mins, it was my first time. Immediately I knew it would be good food because the owner had to get on her phone so her (daughter?) could translate for me. I had an amazing experience, food was excellent. Next time I'd just like to know how long I might wait. I talked with the 2 other guests waiting and it was also their first time but they spoke the language. I got butter chicken, rice, and samosas. Definitely willing to try more again next time but maybe an explanation of what things are would help too!

Punjabi Kitchen Food Truck is a great option for anyone looking for early-morning Indian food, which is hard to find in this area. I tried their aloo paratha and chai, and both were flavorful and had a nice homely touch. The paratha tasted fresh and well-seasoned, and the chai was warm and comforting. One thing to note is that their location changes depending on the day, so it’s always a good idea to call ahead and confirm before driving there. The staff is friendly, and the food feels like something you would enjoy in a home kitchen rather than a typical food truck. Overall, this is a solid breakfast spot for anyone craving simple, authentic North Indian comfort food to start the day.

This place is great! The food is totally authentic Indian and nice and spicy. I’ll be back whenever I can! You won’t be disappointed. I couldn’t wait before digging in to take a picture.
