Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I was on the phone placing an order, and I’m pretty sure I was speaking with the light-skinned lady. I clearly ordered a veggie burger combo with a side of ranch dressing and honey BBQ sauce. When she repeated my order back, she did not include the honey BBQ. I reiterated that I wanted honey BBQ, and she responded by saying that it was “the same thing” and that she was trying to save time by just saying BBQ sauce instead of honey BBQ. At that point, she asked, “Is that all?” I paused—because part of the job is listening and making sure the customer’s order is correct. I then said “yes” twice, and she hung up in my face. This is not the first time I’ve experienced an attitude from her. If you do not like people or customer service, it may be time to reconsider your occupation. I am an Assistant General Manager at a restaurant myself, and while I understand that everyone can have a bad day, your attitude should be left at the door. You never know what someone else is going through. Good customer service matters. Listening matters. And it truly does not cost anything to be kind.

Good food. Ordered at counter and delivered to table. Not crowded at all when we had a late lunch on a Saturday. A lot of take out orders being processed. We had the Falafel plate and chicken tender plate. Huge portions, freshly prepared, minimal wait.

Well. I did eat at the one on south side for years. ...no its gone I tried the one in hoover and the one in hueytown. ..all I can say is it's not the same. Cold fries. Cold chicken fingers. The gyros suck ....they don't slice it of the rotisserie they have slabs sitting in water on the grill keeping warm till they need. It. Kinda nasty. ...my last time. I'm done.
