Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We are definitely going back to QTea Vietnamese Cafe. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, the prices are fair, and Steve, the owner, is so personable and welcoming. We had the beef pho, the vegetable pho, pork egg rolls, shrimp spring rolls, and matcha tea. The pho was very fragrant and flavorful. It's a very large bowl served with an herb plate including fresh Thai basil, bean sprouts, a lime wedge, and a couple jalapeno slices; it's also served with a delicious sweet plum sauce and Sriracha. The shrimp spring rolls were an order of two large rolls. They had noodles in the middle wrapped in basil, several large shrimp, and wrapped again in rice paper. These were served with sides of a savory and sweet peanut sauce and a pepper sauce. We enjoyed the whole experience and plan to go back soon.

Pho has to be your comfort food on chilly days. We stumbled upon this place while we were in the area. We weren’t hungry, but the clean and inviting atmosphere had us reach for their door. The host is very friendly and attentive. He was smiling throughout our dining. We had their pho beef and meatball along with their shrimp roll. Honestly, the roll was very fresh, cold, but lacked seasoning. There was no salt. Just fresh, perfectly cooked shrimp with lettuce leaves and rice noodles. You do get served chili and peanut sauce, but somehow dipping your roll versus having seasonings rolled in makes a big difference. Also, we were hoping for it to be fried, but the host explained the shrimp is made from rice paper whereas the veggie, egg, and chicken are all fried. Pho beef was rich, flavorful, tender, and delicious. It was my first since I’ve always preferred having shrimp. Pho meatballs weren’t our favorite. They lacked the punch and tasted almost store brought. The pho itself could have had more seasoning too. The broth felt slightly diluted and could have had a richer taste. The place is clean, the host is very amicable, gave us an extra bowl since me and my husband were sharing, but we unfortunately weren’t blown away with their pho. We didn’t get the chance to try their boba tea, but the flavors surely are enticing and we may come back to try some of those for sure.

My husband and I had dinner here tonight and it was AMAZING. Steve was incredibly sweet and accommodating. We wanted another order of the shrimp spring rolls, but they had sold out of the noodles, probably because they’re chef’s kiss 🤌 and hand-rolled to order. He offered to swap in vegetables or replace them with pork egg rolls, and honestly… zero regrets. Both the veggie and pork egg rolls were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The rice vinegar/ fish sauce with the pork egg rolls and the peanut sauce with the shrimp spring rolls were absolutely on point. We both ordered the beef pho, and it was pure comfort in a bowl. We also couldn’t decide on drinks, so we each ordered two, and once again, they did not disappoint. Vibes: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Food: 10/10 This place is a gem tucked away in Jeffco.
