Got the West Coast Radish bowl with soy-glazed salmon, avocado, edamame, cucumber, and carrot ginger miso dressing. Everything tasted super fresh and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Friendly and fast service, plus they make all their dressings in-house and use avocado oil instead of seed oils which is a nice touch for health-conscious eating. Portions are filling without being overwhelming, great spot if you want something lighter in the food hall.

This was something of a chance find. While walking through the food court early in the morning to see all the places without a crowd. This little place parks big flavor so be ready.

Visiting from CA and wanted a fresh salad. This was it! As someone said, Caesar dressing fantastic. Got a Mexican Cobb salad (doesn’t have cilantro), protein cooked perfectly, salad and ingredients super fresh. Highly recommend if you want a fresh filling salad! If you want it to be more filling, can do grain bowl, half salad and half rice/quinoa.
