Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Lucky to have found this place today! They had a great special offer, and the Gujarati thali was truly excellent. Friendly service and a pleasant ambience made the experience even better. We used to drive all the way to Houston for a thali like this… not anymore—now we’ve found an amazing alternative right here in Irving.

Nice place and good people, but unfortunately the service and food were disappointing. It felt like they weren’t prepared for the New Year’s vegetarian crowd, or they only intended to serve the Thali menu. If that was the case, they should have clearly mentioned it—we would have appreciated the honesty and left happily. More than half the items we wanted to order were either unavailable or had run out that day. I asked for no spicy hakka noodles but it tasted like they pour the whole bottle of black peppers on it when it came out. Our kids ordered a simple chocolate sandwich (Nutella on bread, nothing fancy), and it took almost 45 minutes to arrive. Ironically, around the 40-minute mark, we saw a staff member bringing bread in through the front door for the sandwich. Other food were straight bad, chole was just boiled and soaked on the some gravy. Chat was just that chole and yogurt, no garnish. Giving 2 stars for the effort, but setting the right expectations would have been far better than disappointing customers over a few bucks.

Gujarati thali is really good. All the food tastes fresh, hot, and flavorful. The guy at the register was very friendly and provided good customer service. The food quality and level of service is not like other Indian restaurants, they seem to care for their clients. Our server Ana did an amazing job. She was quick to answer our questions and provide the food we asked for. Great place for Gujarati Thali!
