The vegetable broth is lighter and less heartier then beef broth. I ordered their limited time Ramen dish called Texas Ramen. It came with four pieces of chasu. Broth was flavorful and the meat was portioned well. I also ordered the fried pork gyoza. It was tasty. Atmosphere is cozy and calming. Service was fantastic. I recommend this restaurant not only for Ramen lovers, but to those who want to try something a little different. I also recommend this restaurant for vegetarians and vegans.

Rakkan Ramen in Coppell was a great experience, especially for a family meal. The kids ramen was perfect—simple, flavorful, and just the right portion, which made it an easy win for younger eaters. I ordered the large pork bowl, and it was super satisfying. The pork was tender and well-seasoned, paired nicely with the rice and toppings. Definitely filling and full of flavor. The garlic miso ramen was the standout for me—rich, savory, and packed with umami without feeling too heavy. You can really taste the depth of the broth, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. What really made the visit even better was the manager, who was extremely friendly and accommodating, making sure we were taken care of and comfortable throughout the meal. Clean restaurant, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality ramen in the Coppell area.
