I think it's fair to say that they make the best ramen in South Dakota. I've been to almost all the ramen places in Sioux Falls and Rapid City and Ramen Satto always delivers the best flavors. The ramen is quality. They also allow you to get half-orders for people with a lighter appetite or for kids.

Restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. The ramen broth was appropriately spicy but I had to add a bit more soy sauce to taste. I ordered vegetable gyoza but they gave me a meat one. I was the only customer during my visit there but I did not want to make a headache out of sending my food back.

This place has cute decor and as we walked in the staff were very nice. Their ramen was delicious and full of flavor. The toppings and noodle texture were just right. A true hidden gem!
