Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Weekend in the area and needed a quick bite for dinner. Had pizza, it was delicious. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Would stop again! They were so busy with customers both in person and phone orders but food was quick.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza for my children, but instead received a large buffalo chicken pizza. The pizza was specifically for kids, so of course they couldn’t eat a spicy buffalo chicken pizza. Mistakes can happen with phone orders, especially when staff are juggling multiple conversations, and I would have been understanding if the situation was handled professionally. Instead, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. The moment I called to explain the situation, she immediately blamed me and insisted that I ordered buffalo chicken. I know exactly what I asked for. Rather than listening or trying to resolve the issue, she talked over me and acted as if I was lying. That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in customer service. What makes this even more disappointing is that my family has been loyal to Randolph Café for years. I’ve been going there since I was about seven years old, and now I order pizza from them for my own children. We’ve supported this place for so long that we honestly felt like we helped keep them in business. After that kind of loyalty, you would expect at least a little respect when there’s a problem. Wrong order, rude attitude, and absolutely no accountability. A very disappointing experience from a place that used to mean a lot to our family.

This has been my childhood pizza spot. I’ve been going here for probably more than 12+ years, and the owner and her daughter are amazing. they’re so kind and always talkative. Amazing pizza, never fails to impress me with their tomato sauce (my favorite part of the pizza honestly.) I 100000000% recommend u to come here! 🤍
