This was my first time here. I went since I read about the dal batti churma - never thought that we would get to see it in a restaurant in USA as well as the good reviews. We ordered the dal batti churma and chole bature. Both the dishes were good. The dal batti churma is out of this world and not too heavy. If you closed your eyes and eat the chole, you would feel you are in Delhi or Amritsar. I found the bature oily though since it is made thin/crispy. I ordered the veg noodles as a takeout and wasn't very impressed - good but not something I would order again.

Visited Rash’s Kitchen for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic flavors that truly impressed us. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and full of taste.

We had ordered gobi manchurian, fried rice, chole bhatura, mango lassi and samosa chaat. Everything was really good
