Pad Thai is one of my favorites and I’ve tried it at places all over the East Coast. This one was a bit bland and dry for my personal tastes. There wasn’t the acidity or sweetness mix I expected. The pork rolls were good, the chili sauce was excellent for them! There was a great brightness and zing to it. The portions were a good value. Maybe I’d try another dish next time or just get the rolls.

Located in the Silos, there is plenty of seating and live entertainment (depending on when you go, that is) to make a great evening out. Our first time trying Raya's. The staff was very helpful in answering any questions about the menu items. We started with the fried tofu appetizer. It was good the sauce is what makes this item. Next was my favorite, the Moo Ping or grilled pork with the slightly spicy jaew sauce. I'm not a spicy food person, and this was just right with the flavor/heat area. Next was a special for that night, Pad Thai shrimp. That was good, too, especially the noodles it came with. We also tried the Fried Tofu bowl. Again, the jaew sauce makes this dish. I would get the bowl option again, but I would try it with one of the proteins they offer. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll be back!

Had the chicken Pad Thai. Wanted a bit spicy but they said " sauce on side only". The dish had almost NO flavor and the chili sauce in the cup on side was not good. So I ate bland noodles. I will say that the grilled chicken on top was good, but a very scant portion. Staff was not friendly at all and it took about 30 mins for food. Others in my party who ordered from other food stalls there at Silos were almost done with their meals by the time i got my food. Seems like they must do big take home business because there were no others ordering at the trailer so it shouldn't have taken that long. Was not impressed and would not go back.
