What a TREAT!! We stopped in for lunch on our way to Chattanooga and we’re so glad we did. The salad bar was excellent. So fresh and flavorful. Don’t skip the sweet potato salad! Sometimes paleo can have odd flavors or be overly coconuty. Not here. They know what they are doing! All gluten free 🙌🏼 The workers are very friendly and accommodating. We went back in for seconds…more desserts to take home! This is the only fast food you need. Don’t miss Real (Legit) Food Co. : )

the food here is fantastic, simple, fresh and gluten free. but you would never know it. she has vegan and Paleo options as well! I drive from Ringgold to Dalton to grab lunch here. the Owner Cassie Avant is just short it amazing ... worth the trip!!!
