Finally, a healthy option in Morristown! Redbud Deli is a breath of fresh air with fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and plenty of lighter choices. Their salads, wraps, and bowls are consistently fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. Friendly staff, quick service, and reliable quality make this my go-to spot when I want something nutritious and satisfying. So glad we have this place in town!

Me and my mom got the Veg head bowl (my favorite). We got no peppers and no sauce but added mushrooms (3+ dollars to add these) and only 4 slices of mushrooms. It should have been a substitute for the peppers at least. It supposed to have a 7 grain mix and it used to have at least a half of cup… this one had like a tablespoon!! It’s so disappointing they have cut their portions that low but not prices. Just these two items , no drinks was $37! I don’t mind paying for good food and this is good… it’s just a shame how they’ve cut down on the portion of grains like that… that’s what makes it good. I like to feel like it was at least worth the money. Picture shows the $3 mushrooms and the tiny bit of grains I found after digging for them. Our local businesses need to do better if you want your local people to keep eating at your restaurants.
