Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We arrived right before closing on a Tuesday and they graciously took our order. I got a potato, a chicken and a Biracua empanada and they were all great. The green salsa that they included makes them over the top delicious. We will definitely be back.

I stopped in to pick up empanadas for lunch. I got the Achiote Potato, Cubana, cheeseburger, and cheese. They were all good. My favorites were the potato and Cubana. I also got the Carne Asada Fries. All the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back to try some of their other dishes.

We came here in a whim, I'm so glad we did. We ordered at least 1 of each of their savory empanadas. I liked El Capitan one the most. The Cuban was alright, felt like a combo of the pork one and the ham and cheese one. I would recommend you save some room for the sweet empanadas too. The Nutella and banana was incredibly delicious. If I lived nearby, I'd be in so much trouble, because I'd have to stop here on a daily basis.
