Restaurant Boustan

I am not a fan of pick what you want places. I like to eat out to taste things that I have never cooked, flavors that I have never thought to create. That said, the falafel was freshly cooked, crispy, and nicely flavored. The pita was above average and the staff polite and patient. The reason I only give 4 stars is the fact that I got to pick one sauce. Falafel without Tahini is like fries without ketchup so I had to have that sauce, but Falafel without shatta/harissa misses one dimension. By the rules of the menu the falafel pita had no chance to be as tasty as it could have been.

Food is awesome! Fresh, authentic selections in a clean atmosphere. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Even the drinks were freshly made. Loved it! I will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed how fresh Boustan’s food was! We got falafel, chicken and beef it was so good and you can tell they make everything fresh. I highly recommend! Plenty of vegan options too, including homemade vegan chicken made from mushrooms!
