Been coming for 3 years and they recently made the switch from raw made-today fresh juice (living enzymes) to high pressurized processing all their juices. This saves them money as shelf life is 4/5 months, kills any pathogens, health department compliance is easier, but the taste is extremely muted, non-flavorable, & has less aroma. It’s just a completely different experience- taste wise. What set this place aside from others was the fact that THEY WERE so fresh & you used to be able to taste that & fruit matter- I didn’t mind that it expired soon. Is it still healthier & alive than store- bought/ pasteurized juice ? Yes. Was the before better ? Yes. Does it make more sense for a business to make that switch? Yes. I just hope they have the options for non- HP juices

Have gone a few times before and the food and juice has been good as well as service. The last few times service hasn’t been as good as in the past. Today I called ahead of time to see if they had the ingredients to make two of their blue velvet bowls and was assured that they did. Once I arrived and ordered two blue velvet bowls I was told they didn’t have chia pudding.
