Rice and soy is the best Chinese restaurant in Cullman! I love the service they are always so nice! The young man who took our order on Christmas Day was fast and professional. There was a long line but he did not crumble under pressure. He was super nice to the customers. And the cooks got the food out quick and fast! So tasty!

The food made us extremely sick and the staff was really rude. Spent $50 on lunch and it took 45 minutes to get our food. Not 15 minutes after eating & we all felt sick. Upset stomach, nausea, sore throats. Vibe was way off upon pick up and no one else was waiting for food but us. I will never eat at this establishment again. I was giving it another chance after coming months ago for dinner and feeling sick after eating. Thought maybe they were just having an off day. They did not clean their shrimp properly so we didn’t eat it & the oil they fried things in tasted old. Would not recommend.

We stopped in next door, and the aroma coming out of Rice and Soy was SPECTACULAR!😍 couldn’t resist it. Great food, good price, even better service. 10/10
