Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

My reviews comes in 3 part: food, service, and ambiance. My overall review for this place is 1/10. Pricey for food quality, service is none, and nothing to call for ambiance. I would not recommend to my worse enemy...or should I. Food: Order the Bun Bo Hue, Fried rice, grilled pork & rice, and Bun Rieu. Overall, food was standard and is no different from any other restaurants near by or Vietnamese restaurants that serve the same dishes. The sauce that came with the food was a bit watered down catering to American taste than going for authentic Vietnamese flavors. The amount of meat to each dish is lacking for the price they charge. The veggies that come with each dish is lacking as well. So if you are looking for flavor, quantity, or quality to the price, then look else where because you'll not get the best bang for buck for food here. 1/10 for food. Service: I only have one word to describe the service at this business: none. You'll get zero service. They want you to come in order as quickly as possible, give you your food, and ignore you until you pay. Server will not tell you about the water option... Oh wait, you don't get water. You will have to pay for any refreshment including water. If you are thinking tap water is an option, right. I sadly say it is not. Now if their excuse is tap water is a dangerous and they will not serve it, then wouldn't it be dangerous in the food they make as well? But I digress. If you are expecting some form of service, then I bet you'll get better service at McDonald's. 1/10 for service. Ambiance: I am not sure what's all the hype is all about or they must be paid because this restaurant have nothing impressive going for them. Plain wooden chair, old tables, and decoration is lacking. You'll think they are trying for modern/trendy look but hired the wrong interior decorator to do the work. This is nothing more than a typical Pho Restaurant look. 1/10 for ambiance.

The food was so good. Very fresh, seasoned well. Prices are a little above average but this is above average food. Service was very warm and friendly. Great for a quick casual bite or a date. Parking in Eden Center is an adventure but the secret is to look for spots at the grocery store end or behind the building. Will definitely visit again.

This was our third time coming here since moving to the area. The first two times were extremely busy with long lines, so we didn’t get a chance to eat. Today we came early to finally try it. The food wasn’t amazing, but it wasn’t bad either. Prices are slightly higher than other places. The restaurant has a modern look, which is different from typical Vietnamese restaurants. Last year I lived in Houston and had the chance to try many Vietnamese restaurants within the local community—much more affordable and incredibly flavorful. I’ve visited Eden multiple times hoping to find something comparable, but so far I haven’t found a place that stands out the same way. Just a note: this restaurant does not offer complimentary water.
