Best Mexican food in Alabama. Been here many times and it never disappoints. Friendly service every time too. The market next door is a nice little place too for some good tortillas.

Decided to try this place on a whim. I didn't want fast food and I'm not from the area and typically don't venture far off the interstate. I used Google to find nearby food and This place didn't have many ratings but the few they did have were all 5 star. This place is worth the 5 minute drive. My husband and I split the pizza birria. When I tried the red sauce which is tomatoey I didn't know if I would like it. When I combined it with the pizza birria it was amazing. The flavors blended so well and really gave it that pizza flavor. It was $18 but large enough to split between 2 people. They have a couple of picnic tables to sit at if you're not taking your food to go. Today the parking lot was busy between the other businesses but I'm not sure if it's always busy. I will definitely try this place again when I am traveling in the area.
