I recently moved to the Gallatin area from New York, and was hoping to find a restaurant similar to the Pizza shops I know from back home. I heard of Rockin’ Dough through friends and family and I AM SO GLAD I WAS INTRODUCED!! The staff is SO friendly, both hosts & servers, and the food is AMAZING!!! I have NEVER gotten a meal I didn’t like. I especially LOVE the Brewmaster Soft Pretzels with queso dip.. it’s served with two decent sized soft pretzel's. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! 10 outta 10! I will definitely be returning!

We ordered the garlic my pie pizza off the secret menu and boneless buffalo wings with blue cheese. Everything was great. Macy was our server and did a great job! They also changed the channel on our request so we could watch the Olympics. Everyone was really accommodating. And the restaurant was loud, but not too loud. Our baby slept the entire time. This might be more reflective of our baby than the restaurant, but it had great vibes and we’d come back. Also, they were extremely fast. Great for a big group.

First visit and wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The brewery leans heavily into an arcade/mini-bowling concept, so there are kids present, which isn’t personally what I associate with a brewery. That said, the space is split well and the staff does a good job seating adults away from the kid area when possible. We started with the ZZ Tots and Beer Pretzels—both were very good, with the tots being a standout. We tried three pizzas (Smoker’s Pie, USA! USA!, and Hot Chicken). All were decent, but for specialty pizzas they lacked the “wow” factor I was expecting. I’d rate them around a 5–6 overall, with the Smoker’s Pie being the best. Atmosphere is large and lively but still allows for conversation. Staff was friendly and generous with beer samples. The Hops on the Barbie double IPA was excellent and easily the highlight—would order it again.
