This was my first time at Rodizio Steak House and honestly it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had in my life. The food was absolutely incredible — hands down some of the best meat and overall best food I’ve ever eaten. Every single thing brought to the table was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. What really made this experience unforgettable though was the service. You can truly tell the new ownership and management care about their customers. Maria, the new owner, was beyond sweet and welcoming and even took a picture with me. Jonathon was the best manager I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant — he kept personally coming to our table making sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We accidentally came in close to closing time and felt terrible, but instead of rushing us out they insisted we stay, continued cooking fresh meats, and kept bringing amazing food to the table with a smile. When I got up to pay, they thought I was leaving because I felt guilty for staying late, so they literally made me a huge to-go box packed full of meat just to make sure I left full. That level of hospitality is rare these days. Our server Angel was amazing and kept my drink full the entire night while constantly checking to make sure we were comfortable. Yoandre brought the meats around and had us laughing the whole time — seriously one of the funniest and most personable people ever. I truly can’t express how amazing this experience was. Incredible food, incredible people, and some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere. I will absolutely be coming back again and again.
