Had wanted to try Roots because I wanted a healthier fast casual lunch option. I was excited when they opened. It didn't disappoint. When I first came in, the girl who greeted me was very welcoming and kind. She could see I hadn't been there before and explained how it all worked. I was happy when she said I could make my own. She was patient as I walked through the options and chose what I wanted. Made my own bowl with steak, rice and veggies with lemon tahini dressing. Soooo good! It was $16 for the bowl but I ate half today and will eat half tomorrow. I think k it's a big portion and a good deal. I'd like to come back and try another option. Check them out.

First tome trying this place, it is a cross between Chipotle and Hello Bistro. We built our own, the glass separating the staff from the Customers id too high, they cannot hear you. So you end up shouting and pointing at things. It also confusing for first time folks. The dood is decent, most of the thongs are gluten and dairy free. Worth a try, but due to stress of ordering and aslo the cold when the door opens, not too comfortable.

Roots consistently delivers a great product. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious. And the space is modern yet relaxed. Pictured is the new steak bowl.
