Rōst is a gem of a coffee shop in Chillicothe. They make excellent coffee and the staff have always been polite and attentive to service. This new location is smaller than their previous one, so it feels a bit more cramped but I feel the ambience is warmer and more inviting. While their seasonal drinks are good, the cubano is still my go to and never fails. If you can visit one coffee shop while in Chillicothe, this place is it.

We were on the way back to Columbus and checked out this coffee shop and man we were blown away! Had the brown butter latte and a cappuccino. Best coffee we’ve had since moving to Ohio, Best cappuccino since visiting Italy! This may be an hour away from where we live now but we will definitely be returning!

We loved this spot! Very good food, prepared with care in an open space with plenty of free parking. The pumpkin cinnamon roll was soooo delicious!
