We took our soldier to brunch here this morning. Started with the Mardi Gras Beignets and we ate them so quickly I have no picture. Absolutely delicious. I had French toast w a spicy sauce and fried chicken and fresh strawberries. Amazing. Chicken was tender and moist and the sweet plus the savory oh my goodness wow! My husband had Eggs Bene Cochon. The hollandaise was the best he ever tasted. Silky. And our son had the creamy French toast. I would move here to dine here every week that’s how delicious the food is! Charming place and fast friendly people. Thank you Ruby Sunshine for the taste of the South!

We visited Ruby Sunshine yesterday and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The building itself looked great on the inside, clean, bright, and welcoming. The service was excellent. We were seated very quickly, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was very tasty. We both ordered the three-pig omelet along with the beignets, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back

We are visitors to town and we came across Ruby Sunshine for brunch. We didn’t have a wait for a seat. The vibes are nice and the food and service are even better! I like that they have a cocktail bar! We had Kandace as our server and she gave us great suggestions and fantastic service. If we are in town again we will stop by for more Louisiana style cooking!
