Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Absolutely amazing food and stellar service! If you've had a negative experience here I suggest you try them again, there's been new management within the past 2 months. My husband and I haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday's in decades and decided to give this a try and were blown away. Melanie and Josh were amazing, and then there's the food. The salad bar was incredible, the croutons were definitely homemade, crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Between both of our meals, the tilapia, the scallops, the shrimp, macncheese, corn, and potato soup were all seasoned and cooked well. 5 stars!!

Pulled in the lot and didn't see any cars. Lights on just didn't see any people. Doors open, we walk in and there are 5-6 employees in the back corner, 2 glance at us (3 people) and we still waited another minute or so before someone came to seat us in the completely empty restaurant. Myself and my sister got Coke (no ice) to drink, our MIL got a sweet tea. One sip of my Coke and my mouth felt funny. Obviously some chemical taste. Waitress came back for our order and my sister and I asked for new drinks explaining ours tasted off. She was great, apologized, got us new drinks, I got a coffee and she brought me a water while she brewed fresh coffee. The cook is the villain in this retelling. MIL got mozzarella sticks as an appetizer. The marinara was extremely watery. Just a little pool in the middle of the sauce cup. Tried mixing it in and it kept separating. My sister and I both got a pasta dish (my pic is below) there was absolutely no sauce to be seen on either of our dishes. (MIL got burger & fries, surprisingly not messed up). The broccoli was not even part cooked, very crunchy which is fine for a salad not a pasta, especially one w/o sauce. The breadsticks were rock hard burnt. The chicken breast on both our pastas was very small, about 5 thin slices or so. The only reason we ate was bc we were hungry, already sat down and had other errands to run so it was an eat now or wait til late night. Couldn't ask Waitress for anything bc it seemed she was the only one working the floor and after she had got out order a 2-top came in, which she sat directly behind us in a vacant restaurant. Then a 3-top. Then a seven person party and she was greeting, seating, taking orders and running orders. Like I said, the food wasn't her fault, it's the cook(s)'s and kitchen staff. $73 for 3 meals that were garbage is a bit too much. We also wanted to get the salad bar but not when it's a $6 add on to a $18 entree. Overall, service (after we were acknowledged) was fine. But the food and drink was just absolutely terrible. I used to love Ruby Tuesdays. Now I think I'll just eat elsewhere.

Grateful for a great meal. Stephanie make our stay so nice, and she has a great sense of humor. Food was quick, and the salad bar is always a hit.
