I have been to this location a few times a few years ago and the experience was exactly the same. I didn't leave a review before because all place have bad days. But here am I coming back 2 years later and its exactly the same!! First. The good reviews. The food was VERY good. Very tasty. Salad bar is amazing Our waiter, Nehemi I believe, was very helpful and very attentive. The had reviews.. The place was absolutely disgusting!! Dirty tables everywhere, all around us. It is not very pleasant eat while seeing that. Our table was not clean nether!! All greasy and sticky. We saw the server passing by the empty tables full of dirty plates like if they were not seeing. I do know that every server has a different task. But damn. If you have empty hands and you are going back to the kitchen why not grab some cups or plates?? common sense The hostess was SO SLOW and not very informative. She just make us wait like if we weren't there lol No sense of urgency! We got there and had 3 families waiting to be seated. One family asked if was a waiting time for a table And she answered so calm "no". And there was she walking around. The menus were all ripped and dirty. This place is CLEARLY understaffed. I dont know if is there a manager. And the servers really need a better training. All the 3 times i been there have been the same experience. I will not be coming back and I don't recommend this place!

I love the new inviting and welcoming look of the reopening of one of my favorite restaurants. Special thanks to our server Claudia and Jenn our greeter, they were friendly and courteous. My wife and I are excited to have you back !

I hadn't been to a Ruby Tuesday in years and I just remember it being a whole lot better than this experience. The angry orchard boneless wings & the fried mushrooms were the best out of everything tried. The chicken quesadilla was so greasy and they don't even make fresh pico de gallo for it anymore. The mai tai was fine. Even the waiter, He was coming off as distracted, just bored and over it. Completely done, no interest. He kept looking off & turning away. Would i come back? Probably not. I'll keep the memory of the first experience I had years ago.
