The atmosphere would have been nice accept there was a terrible smell coming from one of the bathrooms on one side of the restaurant. Smelled like sewage. I had a good waiter but the food was a little off. My noodle bowl was really sweet, the steak in it had no seasoning and the the steak in the Philly cheese steak was very salty. The spinach artichoke dip was good but you only get a small portion with a whole lot of chips that will go to waste.

Review: 0/10 – Ruby Tuesday needs to be shut down I don’t know what is going on in Ruby Tuesday’s kitchen, but this experience was absolutely HORRIFIC. First plate came out with so much oil in the pasta I literally had to send it back because it was disgusting. Like it was sitting in a puddle of grease… it wasn’t even a sauce. They bring my food back out and I’m thinking okay maybe they fixed it. NOPE. There was a roach in my food. Not a small flake. Not seasoning. A BUG. In. My. Pasta. The staff was laughing at this, showed no empathy. At that point I lost my appetite completely. I don’t care how hungry you are — there is no excuse. That means their kitchen is nasty and not being kept clean. I will NEVER eat here again and I honestly don’t recommend anyone else risk it either. Do better Ruby Tuesday. This is unacceptable.

Good food! They were real busy and our server and the manager still made us feel welcome and checked on us often! 10/10 recommend
