Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

My partner and I have been coming to Rutbas for a couple of months now. It was our first ever experiance trying an indian cuisine, it is now our favorite cuisine! We have tried a couple of Indian restaurants around Las Vegas but nothing comes close to the atmosphere and the quality of food. It’s fresh and so delicious, the flavors! The whole restaurant staff is also incredibly welcoming and kind! I strongly recommend Rutbas to anyone looking for a fine quality meal!

Mango lassi, vegetable samosa, butter chicken and rice, garlic naan and mango kulfi for dessert was 10/10. Explosions of flavor through and through! The customer service was exceptional. Our waiter was super friendly and we had great conversation. The overall vibe and look of the establishment was great! I’d definitely return to try other dishes. Also lots of parking all around as there is garage parking in the rear and on the roof top!

Some of the best Indian food I’ve had. The samosa chaat was a fantastic start, followed by a delicious goat curry. The naan was light, buttery, and flakey. So good! My wife enjoyed the paneer and dhal makhani. These dishes were equally delicious. Service was friendly and prompt. We highly recommend this place!
