Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

In a nutshell; Good ramen, great interior, and good service. Feels almost semi fancy walking in with the interior designed like a fancy restaurant. Was seated rather quickly on a weekday after dinner rush. Staff was nice. Didn't take too long to get my order. Ramen was great and a nice way to end a cold day. Overall pleasant experience all around. Nice place to spend a nice date at.

Very warm and welcoming. The staff is very nice. Tables/chairs are comfortable. It's in a new area in West Roseville. The food is pretty good. Not as good as Koshi Ramen bar in Natomas or Fukumi in Folsom or some of the good ones in downtown Sac. But definitely a place we'll be coming back to often especially since it's so close to the Roseville Soccer Complex.

Ryujin Ramen House gets an A+ from me. This was our first visit, and it made a strong impression right from the start. The décor is beyond amazing, truly stunning. The colors, textures, geometric shapes, and variety of materials are combined in a way that just works. If someone told you to design a space using circles, rectangles, and triangles made from metal, wood, and glass, it’s hard to imagine it coming together this well. Very impressive. We were greeted immediately by a friendly staff member and seated without delay. The menu is well designed, with a reasonable number of ramen options and clear, helpful photos of each dish. The drink menu was solid, though I was a bit disappointed they didn’t offer a non-alcoholic beer. We ordered the karaage chicken appetizer, along with Tantan ramen (with added cabbage) for me and the vegetarian Yasai ramen for my wife. The karaage arrived quickly and was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Our ramen followed a little too soon, which is really my only critique. Waiting another three to five minutes would have been ideal. That said, the ramen was beautifully presented and served at the perfect temperature. The broth was hot without being boiling, which I really appreciated. My Tantan ramen was rich and flavorful, though I wanted a bit more heat, which was easily solved with some chili sauces. My wife’s ramen wasn’t quite as bold in flavor, but it was still very good. Pricing felt fair, and the value was definitely there. Service throughout was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was spotless. We’ll absolutely be adding Ryujin Ramen House to our list of go-to spots.
