I love the atmosphere of the public market so it’s definitely worth the trip in and exploring other foods! Service was great and very quick! I got the stir fried ramen noodles with brisket at a spice level 4 and let’s just say the brisket was cooked very deliciously! The stir fry sauce was on the sweeter side and not spicy at all haha. As a girl who loves spicy food I wish it was spicy but I just asked for a side of chili oil and chili flakes!

Lao Spicy Flavor Bomb” add-on (bold move, and worth it 🔥). My friend went with the Khao Poon Nam Kai — red-curry‐infused chicken vermicelli noodles. First time today and it was good! We got Night Market Noodles, Khao Piak Sen, Lao sausage, we also got all house-made drinks! I think the owner took my order, he was so nice to give me extra side (egg rolls!) because we waited long because of lunch time, he didn’t have to but he went out of the way to gave the food to us! Will be back to try different dishes
