I usually order from here through grubhub and in person, the food is fine, but i ordered today and my order came incomplete yet still got charged completely. The phone number doesn’t exist or work and there is no easy way to contact them.
I enjoy the food, but will never order the 2 entree meal again. My meat entree came over rice, but the Paneer Mughlai didn't. What am I supposed to do, drink it like soup? If you're only going to put half the entree over rice, at least sat so in the app so we know we have to buy extra rice. When I asked the staff how I'm supposed to eat this, she shrugged at me like I was stupid to ask

I went to Saffron Bites for the first time a couple days ago, I’m only in town for a few days. I LOVE this place! The ladies we super sweet! The food was delicious! This will be my go to spot when I am in town!! My daughter love the food as well! Thank you for the great experience! -Michelle (NY)
