Full disclosure: I’ve walked past this place countless times and never really knew what to expect. But with only minutes before boarding my flight—and realizing it would be hours before I’d get a real meal—I quickly scanned the menu and spotted a Buffalo chicken wrap. I asked the woman behind the counter what she thought of it, and without hesitation she said it was the best thing on the menu. With no time to waste, I ordered it. Honestly, within what felt like less than a minute, she had it made, wrapped up, and ready to go. What stood out even more than the speed was her attentiveness. She kept up a friendly conversation while working nonstop, and she mentioned that the sauce was her favorite. She was absolutely right—it was awesome. She also warned me to grab napkins because it can get messy… and she wasn’t kidding. She even pointed out that they had bags available, which ended up being a lifesaver while juggling luggage, food, and a water bottle on the way to the plane. The end result? I happily used every napkin, the bag made traveling so much easier, and that wrap is officially in my top three favorites. Between the food and her genuinely great service, she’s pretty much guaranteed this will be my go-to meal whenever I’m flying out of MCI

Pros: quick and easy, customizable and has vegetarian or vegan options by omitting or swapping ingredients. Colorful and fresh food in the airport! Cons: rice was undercooked, and another person said their wrap was underwhelming but adequate. No veg protein option aside from produce.

Fantastic service. Generous portions. Food is fresh and great. Shout out to the anime looking dude working here - He was working solo, even with a huge line, he was greeting everyone and in a super good mood. Also very quick. Will stop again.
