I drove 6 hours each way just to eat here again; its magical food! Owner,chef is super friendly, and ge showed us the proper way to eat the pho, what all to put into it. The void makes you feel amazing and euphoria and healed and nourished. Geckos with love and passion, and that shows in each meal. Definitely go!

Stopped by for lunch on a snowy Friday afternoon. Perfect time for some warm pho, hot ginger tea and a cold beer (or two!). Veggie pho does not disappoint. Vegetarians should eat happy knowing the broth is fully vegetarian yet packed with flavor and loaded with super fresh vegetables. It was sooo good! Ginger tea is sweet yet spicy, absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

Served by the owner Billy. Very very welcoming! Will never forget the Iced Vietnamese coffee. So delicious and strong! Everything is always so delicious when we visit. Beef Pho is so delicious! Banh Mi so delicious! Bathroom’s are always clean. Atmosphere is so welcoming! ♥️♥️ Thank you Saigon for being amazing every time!!
