Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Happy hour prices for 3 different appetizers was a great deal especially with the portion sizes. The flavor of vegetable broth in the pho was underwhelming but for the most part we found everything quite tasty. There ain't a ton of seating and the bar seats are especially uncomfortable. Very clean bathroom.

So so so good! The dumplings and whatever sauce they come with is one of my new favs. They have beer and other alcoholic drinks, tea, boba, Thai tea, pho, spring rolls! Lots of great stuff. We got the dumplings, spring rolls with tofu, tsigtao beer, and thai green tea. It was happy hour so it's totally affordable. Clean bathroom with a mouthwash dispenser lol. I've never seen that before and it works!!! Baby changing table in there too. It's a great little Seattle spot and we'll definitely be back again.

Forewarning for folks that might be sensitive to it, they add a good amount of paté in the banh mi which can have a very strong flavor, especially when warm. It's good because it adds a nice creaminess and savoriness. But if you aren't ready for it (like I was on my first bite) it can be a bit of a shock. I actually preferred the chicken and pork banh mis after they had a chance to cool down in the fridge versus eating them hot with all of that strong flavor. Absolutely devoured them then. Otherwise the service was fast and friendly. The flavor of everything was amazing and they put an absolute ton of meat in their banh mi and pho which makes them very filling, which is great. Only cringe I had was the price. The pho had double the meat as another places but was also double the price which hurt the wallet. We were in the area on a trip all week and our lunch here was the most expensive meal of the entire trip. I get the downtown location means high rent but wowza lol. I'd still go back for a filling bowl of pho or a hefty good banh mi every once in a while though.
