Saki Asian Restaurant

Okay, I'm gonna start off with 5 Stars and work my way down. So I called and placed my order, which was relatively straightforward and was told it would be ready to pick up in 15 minutes. So I set my timer for 15 minutes and headed that way. I was 7 minutes early when I got there so I waited in the car and went in 1 minute before the timer was set to go off. I went in and paid - including tip. Then I was told that my order wasn't ready yet - ⭐️. By this time it had been 20 minutes and I was told to come back in 10 minutes! I told them, I didn't have much time that I had to be back to pick my daughter up from a lesson but they did not seem to care and then ignored me -⭐️. Wishing I had not tipped, I took my drinks and waited in the car for 10 minutes, and then I went back in and got my order. When I got back to the car, I thought I should probably check and make sure it was all in there and sure enough I had ordered four maki rolls and only gotten three -⭐️. Back in I went and showed them and was told it was put in the other bag, which it was not, then she went and looked and found it and apologized. I thought this food better be worth the $84 I just spent. It tasted mid, the rolls were loose, poorly built, and small -⭐️. Not sure where these people are getting their sushi to give it 5 stars in the other reviews. This was my first time and last time eating from this place. All in all it took 30 minutes to get my complete order, NOT 15! Don't mislead people by telling them it will take 15 minutes especially on a busy Valentine's Day Saturday when you know it will be 30.

Really great food served hot and fresh by friendly staff. I really appreciated the fact the food tasted differently, each dish had its own unique flavor (not just a sauce thrown on at the end to make it different). The restaurant took the extra step to look after customers, I left my credit card and the restaurant kept it in a container (others made the same error) to quickly return it to customers.

Great sushi and very good size portions. The combo sushi platter comes with miso soup and a seaweed salad. Crab rangoons were excellent. The Las vegas roll and the Godzilla roll were our favorites. Server was friendly and service was fast. Highly recommend!
