A delightful gem nestled into a strip mall in Lakeville, Sala Thai Kitchen serves up some remarkably delicious dishes. The atmosphere is simple, but inviting. The young lady who took our order was an attentive joy. Just about everything on the menu can be customized in some way, either by making it vegetarian or choosing between a wide variety of proteins.We ordered an appetizer to share (chicken satay), and while it hinted at Thai flavoring, it didn’t capture our attention. When the entrees arrived, however, we all quickly realized we were in for something special. Everyone was “Mmmmmmm”ing so much that all conversation ceased as we tucked in. We ordered drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, and Tom Kha Soup, all of which were excellent, and with generous portion sizes. Flavors were robust and distinctive. I was the only person in my party to order a spice level above mild, asking for something between mild and medium, and while it was not overwhelming, the spice level certainly made me take notice. Rarely does a restaurant plate food looking as good as the advertising pictures, but today they did. We realized quickly that we will have to come back, as there were many, many intriguing items on the menu that deserve to be sampled. We will be back. Likely very soon.

Ordered online on 11/15. Got three orders of pad thai, an order of drunken fried rice, and some pork dumplings. We enjoyed everything we tried. Especially liked the pork dumplings and fried rice! I placed my order around 3pm to pick up an hr later. I honestly thought they’d make the order really early and that it would be lukewarm at best by the time I picked it up. Nope! I was so happy to see they were boxing up my order as I came in, right on time! Very pleased that it was made fresh and everything was correct. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the near future. Staff are friendly and the restaurant was spacious and clean.

I come on a weekly basis. The food is great. It is always consistent and comes out quickly and delicious. Always friendly Very clean restaurant. It’s one of my favorites. The beef salad is top notch.
