This little food truck in the tiny town of Hope, Alaska was the best food I tried in the entire state! The rockfish tacos were incredible, and the flavor combo was to die for! Fresh avocado, not Costco brand cups of guac like other places. The Argentine hot dog hit the spot too. Eat here. You won't regret it!

Unfortunately it was not open when we were in town but I did get a few pictures of the menu. They have a covered seating area as well.
