We chose Sanjh to celebrate our big day, and it was a fantastic decision. The reservation process was fast and smooth—I definitely recommend booking ahead for weekends to avoid the wait. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hostess and seated quickly. Our host was wonderful, making us feel genuinely welcomed and acknowledging our special occasion. The drinks were a highlight. The Bay of Bengal Gimlet was lovely and sweet, while the Bagan Time offered a sophisticated, Negroni-like balance of sweet and bitter. The star of the night, however, was the Sandalwood Hi-Ball—the infusion of sandalwood into vodka some ginger and citrus notes was phenomenal. The appetizers were flawless. We loved the Nilgiri Jhinga which is tandoori shrimp and the Tandoori Cornish Hen—both were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Per our host's suggestion, we tried the Dahi Puri, which was a flavor explosion and a new favorite. Our only minor disappointment was the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. The curry lacked basic flavor profile, the earthy fenugreek notes, salt, and spice that we expect, and the naan was a made thin and it hardened quickly. However, the Lamb Chops were exceptional. To top off the night, the staff surprised us with a dark chocolate cake with "Congratulations" chocolate note on the cake. Despite the small setback with the main, the specialty drinks and amazing staff, the clean ambiance and sophisticated decor sets the perfect tone for a high-end dining experience making Sanjh well worth the price. Highly recommended this restaurant!

Sanjh was delicious! Our experience was augmented by our helpful waiter, Pavneet who recommended several delicious dishes. The Dahi Puri was delicious, soft, and crispy with a slight spice to it. We also had garlic naan, which was delicious of course and I loved how perfectly charred it was. The meat in the butter chicken & meat curry were perfectly juicy and tender. We requested the butter chicken to be less spicy and they complied with my request wonderfully! Pavneet also recommended the rasmalai for dessert and it was perfectly sweet , light, and airy. I will be returning due to the delicious food and the welcoming environment Pavneet created!

It all started with the hostess. Smiling and welcoming. The restaurant's ambiance is cozy and elegant. This was the best and most authentic Indian food I have ever had. Please try the butter chicken and the chicken tikka. Our server Pavneet was professional, personable kind and friendly. The manager Aryan was attentive with great customer service. Thank you Pavneet and Aryan.
