Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Had a terrific dinner at Santinos Fusion Kitchen tonight. They now serve Italian, Indian, Thai, and Mexican. Destiny our waitress was very attentive and the chef checked on us several times to be sure the dishes were to our liking. We started with Paneer (Indian Cheese)Tikka. It came on a sizzling plate and was very tasty. For our mains my wife had the Italian fest (Lasagna, Meatball, and Vermicelli) that alone could have fed both of us. I love Indian food so I ordered the Crab Curry accompanied by Onion Nan. All the flavors of every dish were a culinary adventure. We spoke to the chef several times and learned cooking is his passion and it definitely was well presented through the dishes. He is well versed in many cusines. PLEASE PLEASE SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS. There is nothing like it the area. If you want to sample their menu, try their Sunday buffet only $15.99 11-2.

Quiet spot for a late lunch/early dinner. They have a lot to offer so take your time. Try something new…I did. Paneer Tikka, it was amazing. Deep warm Indian flavors. And the Ribeye was cooked to perfection and had an amazing flavor. The chef checked in to make sure all the food was up to par. It’s a great spot. If I’m ever in Alton for business again I will be back.

My wife and I recently tried a brand-new steak, Italian, and Indian fusion restaurant, and wow — it was one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in a long time. It takes real confidence for a restaurant to blend three bold culinary traditions, but everything here felt seamless, intentional, and downright delicious. The moment we walked in, the atmosphere struck the perfect balance between upscale and inviting. Warm lighting, rich aromas, and the kind of attentive service that makes you feel like you’re the only table in the room. We started with appetizers that set the tone immediately: imagine classic Italian touches layered with Indian spices and served with steakhouse flair. Every bite had depth and character without ever feeling overdone. Overall, this restaurant is doing something truly special. If you love bold flavors, thoughtful combinations, and a dining experience that feels fresh and exciting, this place is a must-visit. We can’t wait to go back.
