10 out of 10!!! Santos is without a doubt THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD on the Treasure Coast!!! I first had Santos food over a decade ago. I worked next store to his shop back then and stopped in for a slice and some garlic knots. I was born and raised on Long Island and I know my Italian food, as NY is the mecca. I have eaten at countless pizzeria's and Italian restaurants throughout my life. However, NO ONE can top Santos. The garlic knots alone are the BEST EVER MADE!!! So soft, with huge chunks of garlic, oregano, olive oil. The pizza is a work of art! Cooked to perfection as only a Master can do! The cheese is delectable and the sauce has a one of a kind taste. It is sweet, balanced delightful. And the prices are perfect! So many other "big, fellas" overcharge for totally sub par food. Yes, I have been there, and no, I will NEVER go back. I have been raving about Santos for many years and for many years his food has remained consistent as well as affordable. However, above all else it is of the HIGHEST QUALITY!!! This new location on Midway is THE place to go to if you want CONSISTENT, AUTHENTIC and ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS ITALIAN FOOD.

I was weary at first but wow this pizza is worth every freaking penny. We got a cheese, a pepperoni, a Hawaiian, and a quattro fromage. Sooo happy with this place!!! And the prices are comprable to other NY style spots

The grandmas Sicilian is the best I’ve ever had. I’m so tired of everyone saying they make the best pizza. Most of it’s garbage. This however is a game changer. Gonna go through this whole menu and update. This is the best pizza I’ve had in years though.
