Food is always spot on! Flavorful and HUGE portions. Large chunks of chicken cooked perfectly - tender and juicy. Shrimp was cooked just as good. Not a big fan of having to pull the tail off, but they were very tasty. Staff is friendly and quick with orders. The space is clean and there’s a spot to sit and wait or enjoy your food. I can’t wait for my leftovers tomorrow because I know all the great flavors will meld together!

I just wanted a quick bite and didn't expect much, and to be honest, I expected even less when I saw it was a food truck. I couldn't have been more wrong. The rice is possibly the most tasty rice I have ever eaten. The Crispy Roll far exceeded my expectations as well. Both the Sushi and the Hibachi Shrimp were much better than any average Japanese Restaurant. And that white sauce is quite tasty! Ask for extra.

Edit: I went back a year later and the food is even better! Awesome food and a breath of fresh air in Columbus. Hope the next time I'm working in town they're here. Thanks guys! I was too impatient to take a good photo and the steam coming off the plate was making it impossible anyway. Rest assured this was gone inside of ten minutes.
