Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Best South Indian fare I've tried in the Midwest! The food tastes heavenly, and the service is impeccable. We tried the Rameswaram Dosa, Upma Pesarattu, stuffed mirchi bajji and Mango Kesari. We paired this up with filter coffee, which was a great decision. Every dish was made to perfection. You will find that this place also serves a lot of good South Indian dishes you won't find anywhere else. The service is quick too. If you are vegetarian, this place is a must. And if you aren't, come try this and take my word that you will love it. The dosas are soft and crispy (ifykyk), chutneys are mouth watering and the Sambhar is the best I have tried in the states. I wish I could keep eating this food, but unfortunately there are physical limitations to how much one can eat. I loved the food so much that I forgot to take a picture and pounced upon the dosa. All in all, will definitely visit again and try more of their dishes. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been searching for a long time for an Indian restaurant that serves pani puri and South Indian food, which are quite hard to find. Most Indian restaurants mainly offer curries, fried items, or tandoori dishes, so I was excited to finally try this place after looking in many states. They offer a weekend buffet, including a Saturday brunch from around 10:30 AM to noon. It’s different from a typical buffet—you’re served a large plate with everything on it, and staff come around to refill curries and rice for you. I didn’t try the buffet since I came specifically to try a couple of items that are hard to find. I ordered dosa, which I really enjoyed. There are many options, and I chose the potato filling. The pani puri wasn’t quite to my taste. I’ve had better elsewhere—the flavored sauce was a bit too sour and not very well balanced for my taste. The restaurant is completely vegetarian, and they provide one free bottle of drinking water. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re looking for South Indian dishes or items that aren’t commonly available.

They are the absolute best in Indy. On our first visit , we had sambar rice and pani puri. Someone who has tried almost all Indian restaurants in Indy, I can say this one is the best , fresh food, great service and happy tummy. Go on a Saturday or Sunday to experience their Kalyanam thali (my fav), unlimited buffet which is service on a tradition leaf plate. So so good, omg I cried happy tears. I will for sure go once a week. Just one request to the restaurant , no matter what never compromise with the quality and taste.
