Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

You’re hungry, I already know it. Let me tell you about these egg rolls - I mean burritos - I mean, egg rolls the SIZE OF BURRITOS. This place literally has the sauce. This is the brisket Mac and cheese roll and y’all - I couldn’t even finish it myself but it was SO GOOD. Your appetite will definitely be satisfied after a meal here! It’s the cheese pull for me!

Stopped by the Houston Grub Park and checked out the food trucks that were there. I made my rounds and finally found my destination with Saucy Nosh. I was looking for vegetarian/vegan options and they had them. I ordered the Three Greens Eggroll and the Veggie Tex Mex Eggroll. My Wife actually ordered the Tex Mex, but I ended up eating it the next day since she already had something. Both of them were delicious and surprise, I was not expecting them to come with fries as well. This was a bonus when we arrived home and I opened the container. Both eggrolls were very well prepared and jumbo sized. I definitely cannot wait to make my way back. On my next trip, I may also try one of the sweet eggrolls that they offer. Glad I was able to stop by.

Exciting menu they dropped the ball on. Make sure you bring your email if you order online because I order 3 rolls and they only had 1. So that was ok because it was cleared up once I showed my receipt. The brisket mac and cheese egg roll was flavorless and not cooked on the ends. The salmon egg roll was inedible because the filling was mushy and had a strange flavor that I threw away for fear of food poisoning. The most disgusting was the apple pecan egg roll. It was filled with apple sauce gritty textured filling. I don't know if I had nuts or not because I gagged and threw my money away. Never again.
