The Lao food is legit, authentic, and tasty. It tastes like you would get in Laos and Northeast Thailand. The server was really nice. I am very picky about Thai and Lao restaurants in the US because I have spent years living in Thailand so my expectations for food from the region are very high. I drove by this one day and then went to check the menu online. The Lao menu looked authentic so I decided to give it a try. I was right. It was great. Don't hesitate to go.

Crispy rice with pork is a MUST! I’ve never had a dish like it. The spicy noodles were so savory and delicious. Also had a vegetable soup - the broth had such a good depth of flavor. I thought the prices and portion sizes were also very good. Will certainly be back.

Best restaurant I’ve ever been to period. Their Lao dishes are a must have - crispy rice, khao poon curry noodle soup, papaya salad are my go-to’s. Flavors are balanced while punchy and taste like you’re eating at someone’s home (but they are phenomenal at cooking and never miss). Savory, spicy, my mouth waters whenever I think of Savanh of Laos. They are the kindest establishment and cook with love and respect for food.
