Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Falafel plate was just what I was looking for and the hummus was the perfect consistency. Happy to have a delicious and filling vegan option on my block. My boyfriend got the shawarma sandwich and said it was delicious. We will be back no doubt 🧆🫶

The first time we tried going here, they were closed when their hours said open, which was frustrating. Tried to give it another go though and were quickly reminded, we should not of. Service was not good. Food took 10-15 minutes longer than estimated, the guy was rude and most importantly the food was not good. First, it did not match the description listed online (was served a small amount of hummus for the mixed plate, when it was supposed to be Baba ghanoush). The meat was very dry and overcooked, rice seemed like it was a day old and reheated to be served that day, and for two full plates, a side of dolmas, we were given a very small portion of tzatziki sauce. Overall, very disappointing experience for somewhat expensively priced Halal food. Would not recommend

Food was a 10/10. Ordered 5 entrees for a friend hang out and everyone was blown away. They were asking for the name so they could reorder in the future. It took a little bit of time to prepare but it’s one guy in a truck on a Friday night so that’s reasonable. Definitely will be back
