There is so much we could say about Scarsella’s. Service was attentive, friendly, and quick. Atmosphere was what we had hoped for a family-owned Italian restaurant with a long-standing history in Youngstown. And most importantly, the food - absolutely fantastic! Homemade pasta and ravioli were the best we’d ever had. We will be back the next time we are in town!

I got the chicken Alfredo I have heard in the past this place was good and would ride past it all the time not realizing it was RIGHT THERE ! But this homemade pasta wow oh wow everything is well seasoned as well

enjoyed the chicken parmesan. I didn’t eat the salad that came with it, but I did have noodles left over once the chicken was finished. The sauce was slightly tart, but overall it was a good meal. I would rate it an 8/10.
