Go eat here, ASAP! I don’t eat a lot of plant-based food but I do from time to time. I actually own a barbecue restaurant, so I obviously I love meat. I just had the plant-based birra tacos from the Seed, Thyme and Harvest food truck, and they were outstanding! Friendly service as well. I’ll be back soon. Great job!

The food is amazing, very flavorful. The owners are very personable. The food gives moderate to extreme flavors for all palette types. Their food provides layers. Definitely a 10/10. The baked spaghetti is a personal favorite of mine.
