Went here with my wife who wanted a quick bite to eat and wanted to try and be a little healthy. I’m so glad we stopped in! It’s the perfect little healthy and organic bodega type place. It has any little thing you need, and a lot of the hard to find type things you can’t find in most stores. Plus their fresh made healthy foods were super good and fairly priced for the quality. Plus, it’s supporting a local business. So check it out!

We absolutely loved the food here — everything we tried was exceptional, filling, and clearly made with quality ingredients and minimal additives. We had the hummus and veggie pita wrap, broccoli cabbage slaw, fresh fruit, turkey sandwich, and the Italian panini with pimento cheese and chips. Every bite was delicious and nutrient-dense. The drink and dessert options were also fantastic — flavorful with minimal ingredients. The chocolate-covered, almond-stuffed dates were a definite favorite! The garden seating area was beautiful and made for a lovely experience. While a few items in the store had some seed oils or preservatives, most of the offerings felt very thoughtful and health-conscious. Highly recommend!

Love this little grocer across the river from us. Will definitely be back. My husband and I travel to FL frequently for his job and we love a little place called Heath’s Deli at New Smyrna Beach. We have tried for while to find our version of that here and Seeds and Greens is the closest we’ve come to it! Loved our lunch and the selection of items in the store as well. Only wish they had Wi-Fi so we could come and stay during the afternoon and work. 5 stars either way 🙂⭐️
